The part time Program Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing administrative and support functions for Program Development in LSU Online. Working under the Assistant Director of Operations Program Development, the Program Development Coordinator will work with conducting research for program opportunities, support the documentation and project management of the programs, and develop standard operating procedures for the program development department.
Provide administrative support by updating Basecamp, dashboards and other related tools including audits and sending Bi-weekly updates.Assist with researching price comps and preparing pricing memos for degree programs. (35%)
Work with the team to document operational process and guidelines for the program development implementation process. Assist in conducting research through Burning Glass and other research tools to determine data-driven opportunities for program development. (30%)
Communicate with all program development team members to ensure support to campus and community partners are being met with world class customer service. (25%)
Provide support in cultivating relationships with campus and community partners for the coordination of operational functions. (10%)
Other duties as assigned. (5%)
Experience with PC applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Box)
