Elizabeth Jensen
Professor and Chair of Chemistry

I have been the Coordinator of Undergraduate Student Research at Aquinas College since 2009. In this role I administer two college-funded summer research programs, the Mohler-Thompson Grant Program for students in natural sciences and math and the Summer Scholars Program for students from any discipline. I organize the annual research showcase on campus, the Student Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity Symposium poster session, which happens near the end of the academic year. I also advise the Student Senate Academic Affairs committee that administers the Senate Research Fund and I work with individual students on questions related to undergraduate research. I am a member of the Council on Undergraduate Research and Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Honor Society.
I am a Professor of Chemistry at Aquinas. I primarily teach analytical chemistry and inorganic chemistry.
