Looking for a summer job? Professional Property Maintenance Services, LLC needs painters! We strive to work 40 hours per week – a great way to learn valuable skills, pay college tuition, and build your resume. No prior experience necessary. We request applicants have a basic understanding of time management, have the desire to work and learn, and pay attention to details. Reliable transportation is required; some carpool options may be available. Painters will be responsible for scraping and painting exterior wood and siding at condominium associations in the Grand Rapids area.
Interested in being a part of the team? Full time employment opportunities are available as well, where you will learn a variety of skills associated with landscape maintenance. We are always looking for talented team leaders who can teach new hires and help the business grow.
Qualifications
Qualifications include: self motivated, working well in group situations, working on ladders up to 2 stories tall, ability to work with latex and/or oil based paints, attention to detail, great communication skills. Prior experience a plus.
