Local Allstate Insurance Agency seeking to expand its sales team immediately. This opportunity is for “ROCKSTARS!” If that describes you, then make contact with us immediately as there are very limited opportunities. Young or old, if you have the right stuff, we will know. Must be highly self motivated, a terrific communicator, and a barracuda closer!
We will train and license the right candidates. This position is great for someone looking to enter the insurance industry or to build on a current career in the insurance business. This will involve work in a fun and very energetic office environment with truly good people. The position will afford the team member to earn a very good starting salary plus commission..
Job Requirements of a Licensed Sales Professional
- Candidates must willing to obtain or have a valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Sales experience is a plus
- Driven to fulfill customers’ needs
- Bilingual candidates welcome
