Academic programs at Aquinas College are designed to foster critical, reflective, informed, and empowered participants and citizens.

The political science department, for example, introduces students to fundamental theoretic approaches, methods of study, and content about how people and governments behave in a political context. Aquinas College also has a long and successful history of participating in Model United Nations Conferences which creates opportunities for the highest level of participation in, and analysis of, the United Nations.
